This page explains how billing works for users migrating from Chainstack to Ormi OxGraph, and what you need to do to continue using the service without interruption.

Important dates

  • Free trial ends: March 1, 00:00 UTC
  • After this time, an active subscription and payment method are required to continue querying subgraphs on Ormi, so please add a credit card before March 1, 2026.

How Ormi billing Works (Chainstack users)

Ormi mirrors Chainstack’s subgraph billing model, with one important difference:
Ormi does not offer RPC services.
All usage is billed strictly on:
  • subgraph runtime and,
  • subgraph query requests.
This means:
  • There are no request units
  • All usage is measured in subgraph requests

What we charge for

You are billed on two dimensions, just like Chainstack.

1. Subgraph runtime

  • $0.10 per subgraph hour
  • Charged for each hour a subgraph is running as defined by syncing or live

2. Subgraph requests

  • Each plan includes a fixed number of subgraph request per month
  • Additional requests are charged based on your plan tier

How request units translate

On Chainstack:
  • 20 request units = 1 subgraph request
On Ormi:
  • We skip request units entirely and bill directly on subgraph requests

Subscription plans (subgraph requests included)

PlanPriceIncluded subgraph requests
Growth$49 / month1 million
Professional$199 / month4 million
Business$349 / month7 million
Enterprise$990 / month20 million

Additonal request pricing

If you exceed your plan’s included requests, additional usage is billed monthly as follows:
PlanPrice per 100,000 additional requests
Growth$1.50
Professional$1.25
Business$1.00
Enterprise$0.50
